Providing you with the best user experience is our constant goal at HOLFENRY . We highly value and protect your privacy . The latest EU General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ), which came into effect on May 25, 2018 , brings changes including:

Privacy content 

1.1 Scope of Application 

a)  The personal registration information you provided to HOLFENRY as required when you registered your HOLFENRY account ; 

b)  When you use HOLFENRY's online services or visit HOLFENRY's platform webpages , HOLFENRY automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer , including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, and records of the webpages you requested ; 

c) HOLFENRY obtains user personal data from business partners through legitimate means.  

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy : 

a) The keywords you entered when using the search service provided by the HOLFENRY platform ; 

b) Information and data collected by HOLFENRY regarding your posts on HOLFENRY , including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and review details;  

c)  Violations of laws or HOLFENRY rules and the measures HOLFENRY has taken against you.  

1.2 Information Use 

a) HOLFENRY will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless it has obtained your prior permission, or the third party and HOLFENRY jointly provide services to you, and after the service is completed, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including information that it previously had access to.    

(b) HOLFENRY also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information by any means. If any HOLFENRY user engages in the aforementioned activities, HOLFENRY has the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with that user upon discovery .    

c)  For the purpose of serving users, HOLFENRY may use your personal information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with HOLFENRY partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).  

d) HOLFENRY Usage Statement: To facilitate user management of the blood oxygen and heart rate data measured by this application, HOLFENRY uses the following statements:  

1. When you enable "App Sharing" in Settings , this app requests write permissions for your heart rate and blood oxygen levels. After you grant permission, the app will save your heart rate and blood oxygen data to the Apple Health app every time you save your heart rate . You can also refuse permission, in which case the app will only save your heart rate data locally, and this data will be deleted when you delete the app. 

2. The application will check whether the user has authorized the application each time the settings page is accessed to ensure that the "Health App Sharing " switch status is displayed correctly;

3. If you wish to disallow the app from using the Health app, simply go to Settings and turn it off;

4. Location information, including GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi signal, and other location-related information. When you use Bluetooth to find and connect devices, the app will use Bluetooth scanning, with your permission, to facilitate quick device location and connection. (Please note that if you refuse to allow HOLFENRY to access your location, you may be unable to find and connect devices, preventing you from using certain services and features.)

1.3 Information Disclosure 

HOLFENRY will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements in the following circumstances :  

a)  Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;    

b)  It is necessary to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide you with the products and services you request;    

c)  Disclose to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies as required by law or by administrative or judicial authorities;   

d)  If you violate any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the HOLFENRY service agreement or related rules, you will be required to disclose this information to third parties;     

e)  If you are a qualified intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, you shall disclose this information to the respondent upon the respondent's request so that both parties can resolve any potential rights disputes.   

f)  In a transaction created on the HOLFENRY platform, if either party to the transaction has performed or partially performed its obligations and requests information disclosure, HOLFENRY has the right to decide to provide that user with necessary information such as the contact information of its counterparty in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.     

g)  Other disclosures that HOLFENRY deems appropriate under laws, regulations or website policies.     

1.4 Information Storage and Exchange  

The information and data that HOLFENRY collects about you will be stored on the servers of HOLFENRY and/or its affiliates. This information and data may be transferred to or accessed, stored and displayed outside of your country or region of residence or outside of the location where HOLFENRY collects the information and data.  

1.5 Use of Cookies 

a)  Unless you refuse to accept cookies , HOLFENRY will set or access cookies  on your computer so that you can log in or use HOLFENRY platform services or functions that rely on cookies . HOLFENRY uses cookies to provide you with more personalized services, including promotional services.    

(b)  You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies . You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings . However, if you choose to refuse cookies , you may not be able to log in or use HOLFENRY web services or features that rely on cookies .    

c)  Information obtained through cookies set by HOLFENRY will be subject to this policy.    

1.6 Information Security  

a) HOLFENRY accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information safe. HOLFENRY will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no such thing as " perfect security " on the internet .    

(b)  When using HOLFENRY's online services for transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the other party or potential trading partners. Please protect your personal information carefully and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially your HOLFENRY username and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.
